Employee Profit Share Scheme
We want our team to feel part of the organisation and share in its success. That's why in 2023, we launched our Employee Profit Share Scheme where our staff share in a % of the company's turnover each year.
We are a remote company and don't have a permanent office. All of our team work remotely. We have several fun team meet ups throughout the year, customer events and partner summits.
Work Abroad Policy
Staff can avail of this benefit and work in another country for up to 90 days a year. We have had staff work from all over Europe including some of the team visiting family back in their home country.
We offer 25 days annual leave, and flexibility around your workday, whether that's collecting the kids from school or going to the gym.
Shared Office access (WeWork)
We offer all staff access to a shared office space if you need a place to work outside of home or want to meet up with your team for the day.
